    Mobility Flow is an intentional movement journey blending the wisdom of yoga with the science of mobility training. Immerse yourself in a fusion of balance exploration, mindful motor control, and dynamic exercises to enhance joint mobility, increase range of motion, and cultivate graceful movement patterns. This empowering and playful class is designed to unlock the full potential of your body's movement capacity while emphasizing mindfulness, embodiment, and a deep connection to your breath.

  • Engaged Students

    South Puget Sound Community College provides a 2 credit 'Yoga for Stress,' class that Maria teaches on Monday and Wednesday mornings. Classes are thoughtfully crafted to introduce yoga to beginners, provide cognitive stress management tools, and create space for personal reflection and growth. Emphasis on breathing techniques are incorporated to cultivate focus, calm busy minds, and minimize stress.

    Must be a registered SPSCC student to participate.
