    Mobility Flow is an intentional movement journey that blends the wisdom of Yoga with the science of mobility training and the strength-building principles of Pilates. Immerse yourself in a fusion of balance exploration, mindful motor control, and dynamic exercises to enhance joint mobility, stabilize and strengthen your core, and cultivate functional movement patterns. This empowering and playful class is designed to unlock the full potential of your body's movement capacity while emphasizing mindful awareness, embodiment, and a deep connection to your breath.

  • Yoga Pilates

    South Puget Sound Community College provides a 2 credit 'Yoga Pilates,' class that Maria teaches on Monday and Wednesday mornings. Classes are thoughtfully crafted to introduce yoga and Pilates to beginners, provide life-long movement inspiration, and create space for personal growth. Emphasis on flexibility (health of muscles), mobility (range of motion in joints), and stability (strength and balance) for building durable bodies that love to move.

    Must be a registered SPSCC student to participate.
